All reservations are initially formalized by means of the booking confirmation. The booking is officially confirmed after the deposit of 40% of the total rent has been paid within 2 days. Ibizahouserenting has the right to cancel the reservation without notice if this deposit of 40% has not taken place within 2 days. As long as the payment has not been made, the booking has not been confirmed.
After receipt of the deposit, the customer receives the rental contract from the booked accommodation. The remaining amount of the rent must be transferred 2 weeks prior to arrival to the bank account of Ibizahouserenting, or paid in cash when handing over the keys. Depending on the contingency of the owner, it is possible that a 50% deposit and deposit will be requested and the remainder of the amount 1 month in advance.
The indicated prices for the accommodation are RENTAL PRICES PER WEEK. These prices are, unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation, including all costs of the use of the accommodation: VAT (on the brokerage service of the rental contract), water, gas and electricity, bed, bath and kitchen linen and the final cleaning.
On the day of arrival, a deposit must be paid in case of compensation for any damage (of all kinds) that occurs in the rented accommodation due to the customer. After a full inspection of the house, this deposit will be fully refunded after departure if no damage has been caused. Reasons for (partial) non-refund of the deposit: In case of non-respect of the accommodation such as furniture and installations, the loss of keys, check out hours that are not respected: normaAl seen 10.00. If the house is not left tidy as garbage should have been taken away, do not leave dirty dishes. In order to be able to check the condition of the accommodation properly, IBIZAHOUSERENTING reserves the right to carry out the necessary checks for seven days after the end of the rental contract.
The customer has the right to cancel the lease by means of a written notice Ibizahouserenting. Conditions :
The occupancy of the rented accommodation is limited to the number of people mentioned in the rental contract. If more persons than stated in the rental contract want to enter the house, Ibizahousering can, in the event of exceeding the number of persons allowed, refuse access to the accommodation without any right to compensation. Ibizahouserenting also has the right to demand an increase in the rent in this case, the amount that is considered to be based on the price per person per day for the accommodation concerned.
The customer must respect community rules between neighbors and the local municipal regulations. Organizing parties is not allowed on Ibiza without adequate municipal permit. In the event of negligence or irresponsible behavior of the customer, Ibizahouserenting reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement with immediate effect and without prior notice. This can lead to loss of the deposit and the rent payments paid by the customer.
Pets are not permitted in principle or must be confirmed in writing by Ibizahouserenting with the consent of the owner. The accommodation offered by Ibizahousecompanu are strictly for holiday purposes. Professional photography, film recordings, parties or wedding parties are strictly prohibited if this is not confirmed by Ibizahouserenting in writing.
In the event that due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the competence of Houserentingibiza and Ibizahouse the booked accommodation cannot be used, Houserentingibiza and Ibizahouse will notify the client as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution in the form of an accommodation of equal or superior nature. In the event that this happens, before arrival and if the client does not accept the offered alternative, the reservation will be canceled with immediate repayment of the amounts paid, without that, any additional obligations can be attributed to Houserentingibiza and Ibizahouse. In the event that during the stay of the client in the accommodation, due to unforeseen circumstances the accommodation cannot be used as such, Houserentingibiza and Ibizahouse will, after consideration of the circumstances and in determining the inability to solve the problems which make a further stay in the accommodation impossible, offer a suitable alternative. In addition Houserentingibiza and Ibizahouse will exercise its mediating role (if necessary by legal means) to claim back the amounts paid to the owner.
Incidents and complaints Incidents or complaints regarding the rented accommodation must be immediately reported to the person responsible for ibizahouserenting during the stay. We make every effort to solve the problem as quickly as possible If these problems are not solved to the satisfaction of the customer, the customer must inform Ibizahouserenting in writing during the stay. Complaints that are reported after departure can not be handled as such since Ibizahouserententing during your stay everything in operation to solve problems on the spot
Check in: The accommodation is available from 16.00. If the accommodation is available earlier, we will keep you informed.
A few days in advance you will receive an e-mail with regard to the contact person and place of the check in. If possible, please email your flight details, we will meet at a convenient meeting point for both of you and guide you to your accommodation.
Check out: Unless otherwise agreed, the customer must vacate the accommodation on the departure day at 10.00 am and leave it in good condition. Late check out must be requested in writing in advance. We do our best to help you as much as possible.
Ibizahouserenting can under no circumstances be made accusatory in case of:
(a) irregularities attributable to third parties in the field of water supply, electricity, gas, telecommunications, etc.
b) Discomfort or noise nuisance caused by public or private activities, events or events that take place outside the reach of the rented accommodation.
c) Loss of or damage suffered by persons or objects in the accommodation and its facilities, being this use under the strict responsibility of the user. The liability of Ibizahouserenting is limited to his role as a mediator. Ibizahouserenting can in no case be held responsible for matters of which the responsibilities lie with the owners of the accommodation.
When booking an accommodation, the above-mentioned general terms and conditions for the rental contract for seasonal accommodation become effective. On all matters not included in these conditions, Spanish law will apply. The parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction, and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ibiza for resolving all problems arising from the application and interpretation of the present contract.
