Beautiful house located 5 minutes by car from the famous beach Cala Yondal, 10 minutes by car from Ibiza town and the beautiful beaches Las Salinas and Playa den Bossa. 
The house has a  very quiet situation, surrounded by pine trees.

INTERIOR : 

Small American kitchen. Wi-fi and satellite TV and a small living room. 

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS : 

• On the ground floor, we have a lounge with an American kitchen and 1 bedroom with a bathroom.
• The other 2 bedrooms are separated from the main house of which 1 bedroom located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, there is 1 small outdoor bathroom with shower for both rooms.
•  All bedrooms have double beds, the house has a TV with Dutch channels. 

EXTERIOR : 

• Nice pool with sunbeds and small waterfall,  
• Covered terrace with large table and chairs, barbecue.
