This newly built villa is located in a nature reserve at about 12 km from the beautiful beaches such as Cala D'hort, Cala Vadella, Cala de Compte, Cala tarida etc...
The large garden, with wide views of the surrounding landscape, offers a beautiful pool and many seating areas to enjoy in and out of the sun. The house is situated in Benimussa about 6 km from the lovely villa of San Jose, with restaurants and supermarkets. 

INTERIOR : 

The living room with a very high ceiling gives direct access to the outside and is equipped with a cozy sitting area and a fireplace; nice for the colder months in Ibiza. 
Airco is available for the warm months, also in the master bedroom. 
Furthermore, we find on the ground floor the modern, fresh kitchen, which is fully equipped, a bathroom, and a laundry room.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS : 

• On the first floor are the two spacious bedrooms with double beds and the second bathroom. 
• There is also a non-lockable mezzanine floor, where a sofa bed stands for a fifth guest. 
• The villa is, therefore, suitable for a stay of 4-5 people.
